I’ll provide educational resources and introduce self-care practices curated for your specific health goals.

As your coach, I’ll keep you on track and inspired as we navigate challenges and celebrate progress toward a more vibrant YOU… body, mind and soul!

Coaching involves the exploration of any and all areas of your life and health; you set the agenda. True wellness includes everything from nutrition to relationships, career, creativity, exercise and much more. Coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom and will mostly focus around discussion, with the addition of breathing practices, guided meditation and dreamwork when appropriate.

My 3-month coaching program is a wonderful way to catalyze your wellness journey. We all have places in our health (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) that need sustainable change. I’ll support and guide you in identifying your health priorities, exploring main concerns, implementing healthful habits and working through challenges as they arise. My coaching starts right where you are and together we work toward your health goals.

  • email check-ins between sessions
